MBS Foundations
A 3-month self-paced course intended to help you align mind, body, and soul.
When all three pillars of the self are working together, everything starts to fall into place. Your confidence builds, your goals become clear, the heaviness of life becomes more manageable, and your dream life starts to feel genuinely within reach.
Each lesson is designed to fit into your real life, not take it over, with practices that take as little as a few minutes a day and a pace that is entirely your own.

Week 3: Self-love, Compassion, and Appreciation
Explore why self-love is your natural state and how it gets conditioned out of us over time, then start genuinely rebuilding it through journaling, self-appreciation practices, learning to let go of the past and comparison, connecting to your heart center, and a powerful exercise called polarity processing that turns your own limiting beliefs into personal affirmations.

Meet the Mind Behind MBS
I didn't create this course because I had it all figured out. I created it because, for a long time, I genuinely had no idea what I was doing.
I've been through the kind of dark that's hard to put into words, the hollow, empty, can't-see-a-way-forward kind that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I spent years traveling the world trying to find myself, went down countless rabbit holes that promised transformation and mostly delivered confusion, and sat in front of screens completely overwhelmed by the sheer volume of information available on every wellness topic imaginable. Meditation apps, nutrition plans, manifestation courses, habit trackers, you name it, so much content out there and so little of it covering what actually matters in one cohesive, accessible place.
What I eventually found, through years of trial and error and a whole lot of learning, unlearning, and relearning, was a set of practices that genuinely and irrevocably changed my life. Not overnight, and definitely not perfectly, but consistently and in ways I'm still experiencing and marveling at today. Those practices naturally organized themselves around three beautiful things: the mind, the body, and the soul. And once I saw that, I absolutely could not unsee it.
Mind Body Soul is my wholehearted attempt to give you the starting point I wish I'd had back when I needed it most. I'm not a guru standing at the top of a mountain waving you up with all the answers. I'm someone who has done the messy, nonlinear, deeply personal work of building a life that actually feels wonderful, and I'm still happily doing it, right alongside you. This course is the essential foundation I put together so you don't have to spend years wandering around trying to figure out where to begin.
You don't have to have it together to start. You just have to show up, and we'll figure out the rest together.

Mind Body Soul was created for women between 18 and 35 (though honestly, if you're outside that range and it resonates, you're more than welcome here) who feel like they want more out of life but aren't quite sure where to start. They may feel disconnected from their authentic selves, or from the direction they want their lives to go. They may have tried to build habits, practices, and routines before, but nothing ever really seemed to stick.
No prior experience with meditation, yoga, or personal development is needed whatsoever. The only thing you need to bring is a genuine willingness to show up for yourself.
-
Much less than you'd think. Most daily practices take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes, and the course is designed to integrate into your existing routine rather than add another overwhelming commitment to your plate. Some weeks you'll naturally want to do more, and that's great. But the minimum is always realistic and manageable.
-
That's completely fine, and honestly, it's expected. Life happens. The course is entirely self-paced, which means there are no deadlines, no catching up, and no pressure. Come back whenever you're ready and pick up exactly where you left off.
-
No. Everything in this course works with what you already have. Where specific resources are mentioned, free options are always available.
-
Most courses go deep on one specific topic, whether that's meditation, nutrition, manifestation, or habit forming. Mind Body Soul covers the essentials across all three pillars of the self in one place, so you're not left piecing together ten different resources and trying to figure out how they fit together. It's the foundation first, built in a way that actually sticks.
-
It's recommended, especially at the beginning, since each lesson builds on the one before it. That said, once you've completed the course, you're encouraged to return to individual lessons whenever a particular topic feels relevant to where you are in life.
-
Once you're in, you're in. The course and community are yours to return to whenever you need them, whether that's a week from now or two years from now.
